2. Relationship to Client Agreements (Order of Precedence)
If you or the entity you represent has executed a separate written agreement with SitePro by Selfwalk (such as a Master Services Agreement, Enterprise Contract, or Service Order) governing the use of our software products (a "Client Contract"), the terms of that Client Contract shall govern your use of the software.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and your Client Contract, the Client Contract shall control. These Web Terms of Use apply primarily to public visitors and the general use of our marketing website.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, code, and software on this Site are the property of SitePro by Selfwalk or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
